Not too long ago, Mura Masa teamed up with PinkPantheress, Lil Uzi Vert and Shygirl to unveil “bbycakes,” a bubbly, superstar collaboration which precedes his forthcoming album, slated for release later this year. Now, the talented artist has teamed up with PinkPantheress for yet another star-studded collaboration, co-producing her latest single “Where You Are” alongside none other than Skrillex.
PinkPantheress - who is also credited as a producer on the track - is still riding high off the release of her massive 2021 debut, to hell with it, and “Where You Are” marks her first single since its release. The song features vocal contributions from WILLOW, who masterfully compliments PinkPantheress with her energetic performance.
“Where You Are” marks Skrillex’s second collaboration with Mura Masa, following his co-production on Mura Masa’s 2018 single “Complicated” featuring Nao. The song also comes alongside a stunning Brthr-directed music video, a filmmaker duo who have worked with the likes of Grimes, Travis Scott, Kali Uchis, Charli XCX and many more.
